Believing in yourself doesn’t always come easy — but it’s the foundation of everything you want to achieve. Here are five ways I’ve been working on building my own faith, and maybe they can help you too:

Moe-Approved Faith Building Ideas

1. Keep Your Promises to Yourself
Start small. If you say you’ll hit the gym or write for 10 minutes, do it. Every time you keep a promise to yourself, your self-trust grows.

2. Reframe Failure as Feedback
Faith means knowing a setback isn’t the end — it’s just information. Every “L” teaches you how to get closer to a “W.”

3. Celebrate Your Wins (Big or Small)
Don’t wait for the huge milestones. Acknowledge the little victories — they stack up and remind you of your growth.

4. Surround Yourself with Believers
It’s hard to believe in yourself if you’re surrounded by doubt. Stay close to people who speak life into you, not those who drain it out of you.

5. Speak It Before You See It
Your words matter. Affirmations, journaling, prayer — however you do it, speak your goals like they’re already real. That’s how faith gets stronger.
